A Summer Wedding at Red Barn Inn

Located just minutes from Deep Creek Lake, Red Barn Inn offers a variety of sites to host your ceremony and reception. Getting Ready

While the coordinators from Kathryn Rose Event Company set up for the wedding in the Red Barn, Carrie and her bridesmaids spent the morning getting ready in the living room of the Inn. The ladies sipped champagne while the team from Statik Salon did their hair and makeup. Jeremy and his groomsmen staying in a rental home nearby and played a round of golf on at the Waterfront Greens Golf Course.

Ceremony on the Rock Runway

One of the most unique features of Red Barn Inn is their Rock Runway ceremony site. As one of the newest additions to the venue added in 2021, the rock runway allows guests to have a clear view of the couple and their wedding party. The backdrop shows a sweeping view of the countryside and a small pond to complete the scene.

Cocktail Hour in the Pavilion

After the ceremony, guests were invited to the covered pavilion to enjoy drinks and appetizers. The pavilion also offers an alternative ceremony location in case of inclement weather. The weather was magnificent for Carrie and Jeremy’s June wedding and the light breeze in the evening made it cool and comfortable for guests.

Reception in the Red Barn

After cocktail hour, guests were invited into the Red Barn. While the coordinators at Kathryn Rose Event Company lined up the wedding party, guests found their tables on the seating chart. The Red Barn is the prefect venue for couples with a knack for design. The structure is a blank canvas inviting couples to bring their vision to life. Carrie and Jeremy went for a timeless design using mostly white flowers and greenery.
