While the photos might tell a different story, Kimberly and Chad’s wedding wasn’t smooth sailing from the start. Their original venue backed out less than a year before their wedding. After regrouping, the couple settled on their beautiful and scenic venue, Twisty Maple. We thought things would be easy going for the remaining days of planning but as I’m sure you could have guessed, we were wrong.
A Photographer Fiasco
At Kathryn Rose Event Company we offer a variety of packages to suit each couple’s needs. Kimberly and Chad had their vendors booked when they found us so our coordination package was an obvious fit. Once the trouble with the venue was resolved, we thought we were in the clear and it was back to planning and organizing. Kimberly and Chad ran into another challenge when their photographer had to cancel just two weeks out from the wedding. Luckily, the couple was able to book the amazing and talented Courtney Webster Photography to capture their sweet wedding day memories.
A Successful September Soiree
Although Kimberly and Chad hit a few roadblocks along the way, their wedding day was dreamy and flowed effortlessly. The team at Kathryn Rose Event Company loved getting to see how cherished the couple is by their closest friends and family. With only 40 guests in attendance, Kimberly and Chad truly were surrounded by the ones who matter most to them.

The team at Kathryn Rose Event Company has a takeaway from every wedding. After their wedding we agreed that Kimberly and Chad are two of the kindest, most caring individuals we’ve ever met. It would be hard to be in a bad mood around Kimberly’s infectious smile and Chad’s warm personality. Our team feels lucky to have yet another couple that we are better people for knowing!
